Hello fellow adventurers,

Travel has always been my passion, an open-ended book inviting me to experience new cultures, cuisines, and landscapes. In this article, I'd like to share my personal top 5 U.S. destinations that have captivated me and gifted me with countless precious memories.

"Traveling – it leaves you speechless, then turns you into a storyteller." - Ibn Battuta

New York City, New York

This was taken from helicopter I have booked in NYC, it was great experience, highly recommend to book flight with FlyNyon.

The city that never sleeps is a whirlwind of activities. Museums like the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Museum of Modern Art house an impressive collection of art from around the world. Visiting Times Square at night, lit up by countless billboards, was a surreal experience. The 9/11 Memorial & Museum provided a sobering reminder of the city's resilience.

Travel Tip: NYC's subway system is a fast, convenient way to travel around the city. It can be confusing at first, but with a bit of practice, it's quite manageable.

Grand Canyon, Arizona

The expansive landscape of the Grand Canyon is truly mesmerizing. Hiking the Bright Angel Trail, I was treated to incredible views of the canyon's layered bands of red rock. A visit to the historic village of Grand Canyon South Rim gave me a glimpse into the past.

Travel Tip: Always carry plenty of water, sunscreen, and snacks while hiking in the canyon, and wear sturdy shoes for the rocky terrain.

San Francisco, California

Don't just see the sights, live the San Francisco lifestyle. Visit the Ferry Building Marketplace for a taste of Northern California's organic, sustainable cuisine, or take a stroll in Golden Gate Park, a green urban oasis that's bigger than New York's Central Park. If you're a fan of detective novels, a Dashiell Hammett tour takes you through scenes from his famous works.

Travel Tip: The city is known for its steep hills—so wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for some serious calf workouts!

Charleston, South Carolina

Step into a living history lesson at Charleston's historic plantations, where you can learn about the city's antebellum past and its role in the Civil War. For a taste of the sea, visit one of the city's oyster bars or sample a Lowcountry boil, a local seafood dish. And do not miss the Charleston Ghost Tour—it adds a dash of spooky fun to your visit.

Travel Tip: A horse-drawn carriage tour is a unique and relaxing way to see the city.

Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming

As the first National Park in the U.S., Yellowstone sets the gold standard. Its geothermal wonders, like the geyser Old Faithful and the Grand Prismatic Spring, are must-sees. The Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, with its dramatic waterfalls, is another awe-inspiring sight.

Travel Tip: In winter, consider taking a guided snowmobile tour—it's a thrilling way to see the park's winter beauty.

Each of these destinations has a multitude of experiences waiting for you. Every corner you turn, every path you take, might lead to a new adventure. So, embark on your journey with an open heart and mind. Happy traveling!
